The Story

AV Center, Denmark’s leading company in the sale, installation, service, and rental of audiovisual (AV) installations needed a modern tech structure to deliver premium customer experience, bring down IT-related costs and reduce complex manual working routines.

In close collaboration with the marketing team, IT team and top management we defined a three-step approach to the challenge.
