The Story

NOVENCO Building & Industry is a global leader in energy-efficient fan technologies, serving some of the world’s largest industrial brands.


Continued growth created a clear need for a strong, customer-facing digital strategy. One that could support multiple customer personas across global markets and clearly connect products, services and value.


The strategy resulted in a complete redesign of customer journeys and touchpoints. New technology stacks and the use of AI supported sales growth across markets. More than 15 people from IT, Marketing, Sales and Product Management at NOVENCO were involved throughout the process.

How we helped

The work started with a deep understanding of the leadership team and the business. This included interviews and a close review of marketing and customer data.

This process defined several clear pillars:
  1. Leadership workshops to align priorities, challenges, business objectives and investment decisions, including operational costs of new technology stacks and ways of working.
  2. Co-creation of customer journeys and touchpoints, with clear decisions on data integration and easy-to-use data visualization for customers worldwide.
  3. Execution planning with a fast-track mindset, structured as a simple, non-complex programme.
  4. Delivery of fully integrated customer journeys across web, app, social media, technical white papers and product documentation in four languages.

What’s next?

The next step is already underway. The focus is on expanding the use of AI and new digital solutions to further strengthen sales and marketing performance.
