Head of Projects

Are you an experienced project leader who thrives on delivering complex digital initiatives while building high-performing teams? Do you combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring projects create measurable business value for customers and Fellow?

As Head of Projects, you will lead Fellow's project delivery function, ensuring that our customer implementations, digital transformation projects, and strategic initiatives are delivered successfully—from initial planning through implementation, onboarding, adoption, and continuous optimization.

You will be responsible for developing our project management capabilities, leading a team of project managers and specialists, and working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, UX/UI, and Development to create outstanding customer experiences while ensuring commercial success.

What your working day looks like

From our centrally located office in Odense, you will lead our specialists – ranging from webdesign/UI/UX, data scientists, and data engineers to content and strategy consultants – and collaborate with colleagues and customers to deliver digital solutions that create lasting value.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing Fellow's specialists, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Owning the successful delivery of customer implementation projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Establishing and continuously improving project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams across Customer Success, UX/UI, Product, Development, and Commercial functions.
• Ensuring successful onboarding, activation, adoption, and long-term customer value realization.
• Acting as the executive project lead on strategic and high-impact customer engagements.
• Facilitating workshops with customers and internal stakeholders to align business objectives, project scope, and success criteria.
• Driving Voice of the Customer initiatives by gathering, analysing, and incorporating customer feedback into future improvements.
• Defining project KPIs and success metrics while monitoring performance across customer journeys and delivery processes.
• Managing project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, risks, and commercial performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
• Supporting organizational change management and helping customers anchor new digital solutions within their organizations.
• Collaborating closely with leadership to align project priorities with Fellow's strategic objectives.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a structured, commercially minded, and inspiring leader who understands that successful digital projects require both exceptional customer focus and disciplined execution.

Ideally, you:

• Have significant experience leading digital implementation or transformation projects.
• Have previous people leadership experience or are ready to take the next step into leading a project organization.
• Have a proven track record of delivering complex customer projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer onboarding, customer experience, and change management.
• Are comfortable collaborating with Product, UX/UI, Development, and Commercial teams.
• Have strong stakeholder management skills and can engage confidently with both executive customers and internal leadership.
• Have experience working with agile delivery methods and modern project management frameworks.
• Are commercially aware and understand how successful project delivery contributes to customer retention, growth, and profitability.
• Communicate fluently in both Danish and English.
