Are you the kind of person who picks up a new tool on Tuesday and puts it to work on Thursday? We're looking for a tech all-rounder: someone who doesn't need to master every technology in advance, but who learns new tricks fast and enjoys being the person the team turns to when something technical needs doing.

Fellow is a management consultancy in growth, advising C-suite leaders at large Danish and international clients while also executing digitally — strategy, CX, AI, design, and development under one roof. As our new tech student worker, you'll support our specialists across all of it: helping a consultant pull and shape data one day, building a landing page in Webflow the next, and automating an internal workflow the day after. We build AI-driven — coding assistants and agents are a natural part of how we work — so you'll learn to develop the modern way from day one. No two weeks look the same, and you'll have plenty of room to shape the role around what you're good at and what you want to learn.

Your responsibilities

  • Support our specialists — strategists, CX consultants, AI engineers, designers, and developers — with hands-on technical work across live client projects
  • Take on ad hoc tasks as they come up: data pulls, integrations, small scripts, quick fixes, and "can someone figure this out?" moments
  • Build and maintain websites and landing pages in Webflow — including our own site, fellow.dk
  • Develop front-end solutions with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — with AI coding tools as part of your workflow
  • Assist with QA, testing, and technical troubleshooting before things go live
  • Contribute to internal tooling and automations that make the whole team work smarter

Your profile

We don't expect you to know every tool on day one — what matters is how fast you learn the next one. You're curious, resourceful, and comfortable being handed a task you've never done before. You are probably:

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree — software engineering, computer science, web development, or similar
  • A fast learner who enjoys jumping between technologies, tools, and types of tasks
  • Curious about AI-driven development — you already use AI tools when you build, or you're eager to get good at it
  • Structured and self-driven: you can take a loosely defined task, figure it out, and deliver
  • Comfortable communicating in English and Danish.

What we offer

  • A student job with real responsibility and real variety — your work ships to real clients, and no two weeks look the same
  • An AI-driven development setup: modern tooling is how we work, and you'll learn to build with it properly
  • Specialists in strategy, CX, AI, design, and development to learn from every single day
  • 10–15 hours a week, with flexibility around exams and semester crunch
  • The chance to shape your own role and grow it in the direction you care about
  • A great office nestled on the vibrant docks of Odense — and colleagues who are serious about the work but not about themselves
