At Fellow, we are looking for a Solution Architect who can combine profound technical experience with commercial and collaborative skills.
Your role will be centered around designing solutions for our customers — architecting scalable systems, modernizing their IT landscape and employing AI capabilities while shaping digital initiatives delivering measurable business value.
Whether your background is in software architecture, backend development, or technical consulting, what matters most is your ability to understand customer needs, translate them into suitable technical designs, and align stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Odense office, with regular work at client offices across Denmark. You'll grow professionally and personally leading teams to deliver client results. Your direct report is Co-founder Marco Bjørslev Jensen.
What your working day will look like
As part of Fellow, you will join our team of strategy and commercial consultants, software developers, AI engineers, designers, and Customer Experience leads, playing a central role in helping our customers strengthen their digital business performance through well-architected technical solutions and close strategic collaboration. We are technology agnostic and choose the right tools for each customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business goals, commercial priorities, and operational challenges
- Design robust, scalable solution architectures aligned with customer business objectives
- Owning the end-to-end solution design across technical and digital initiatives, from discovery to delivery
- Designing AI-enabled solutions and workflows — selecting appropriate models, tools, integrations, and governance approaches — to create measurable business value for customers
- Working closely with customers to ensure digital initiatives support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, building trusted relationships as a strategic partner throughout projects
- Serving as the technical lead across customer engagements — guiding architecture decisions, ensuring technical alignment throughout delivery, and bridging business stakeholders, consultants, and development teams
- Leading technical discussions and defining the solution architecture together with developers and advisors
- Designing and overseeing integrations between SaaS platforms, APIs, internal systems, AI services, and third-party applications — defining data flows, system interactions, and integration patterns across customer ecosystems
- Helping customers optimize digital touchpoints, workflows, and customer journeys
- Coordinating technical workstreams across multiple stakeholders and platforms, ensuring solutions are delivered cohesively and according to architectural principles
- Contributing your own ideas and expertise while collaborating with experienced consultants and specialists
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is ambitious, with a strong commercial mindset, technically strong, and motivated by designing solutions that help customers achieve real business results.
Ideally, you:
- Have experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Integration Architect, Enterprise Architect, Senior Software Engineer, or similar role involving both technical leadership and customer collaboration
- Ideally have worked with larger customers and complex IT landscapes, where many systems, teams, and stakeholders need to come together
- Have a strong grasp of software development processes, system integration, and technical architecture
- Have experience designing and delivering technical solutions with measurable business impact
- Have experience evaluating and selecting technologies based on business requirements
- Are comfortable working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Can communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills
- Have a structured, architectural, and solution-oriented mindset
- Have experience working with AI-enabled systems, automation platforms, and modern development workflows
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy taking ownership — we are a close-knit but fast-growing team, so it is all hands on deck, and you are comfortable taking on tasks outside your comfort zone when needed
