Kick-start your consulting career at Fellow. As a Junior Consultant, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer support, project coordination, and software development — working closely with customers and experienced colleagues from our office in Odense.

You will design scalable, AI-enabled solution architectures that deliver measurable business value — owning solution design from discovery to delivery and bridging business and technology for our clients across Denmark. You bring experience as a solution architect or technical lead, a strong grasp of system integration, and the ability to make complex concepts clear to any audience.
